Edmund wanted to eat but too early for dinner. Coffee, maybe. And he suddenly remembered “Donut, meron dito J.Co donuts”.
It was raining and coffee and donut maybe a good rainy day special.
There was a line but no more two hour wait.
The place is big and I am pretty sure it’s giving Krispy Kreme, Starbucks, Coffee Bean, and the neighboring UCC Café, a run for their money, at least those located in Eastwood.
Edmund——- “Tart, pili ka na”.
E—— Do you want avocado?”
A—— Ayaw ko, nakaka takot ang itsura.
E—— (laughs)
Instead of one donut each, we bought a dozen.
Edmund said “Ang dami nito”.
Me——— “Iuwi natin”.
E——— “Walang mahilig sa donut. sinong kakain nito”.
I ate one original (ang tamis), I ate two pieces of cheese donuts (hindi matamis).
I didn’t count how many dear husband ate.
Edmund—— “Muntik na natin naubos!”
