My husband is a fan of the CIA assassin film series starring Matt Damon.
He had seen them all. The Bourne Identity (2002), The Bourne Supremacy (2004), The Bourne Ultimatum (2007), including Bourne Legacy (2012) which was partially filmed in our very own country, the one starring Jeremy Renner.
And most recently Jason Bourne.
Matt Damon has gotten older just like all of us. I like his face better now that he has some lines. There’s more character and depth. I found him more handsome.
The villain is one of my favorite actors, Tommy Lee Jones. He too has gotten a lot older (same here).

The movie is suspense and action. I wanted to relax pero na te tense ako kaya I just closed my eyes half of the time.
I sent someone to buy two tickets ahead of time. Although I wrote down my preferred seat numbers, he bought row J instead of M or N or P because according to him row J is the perfect row because it’s eye level. Eh ayaw ko nga ng eye level, nahihilo ako. Marunong pa sa akin eh ako ang manunuod, hindi naman sya.
We asked the movie attendant to find us vacant seats at the last row. Swerte merong bakante. Ay eto namang ale sa harap, dumayo pa sa sine para mag Facebook. The whole time the movie was showing, nag e FB sya. Nakakasilaw.
I didn’t know that she continued using her cellphone all through out. I moved by one seat kaya yung ilaw ng phone nya kay Oyen tumatama. Had I known, I would have called the woman’s attention. I only found out the day after. Next time, do not hesitate to complain to the attendants so that they would be the one to confront the movie goer.
