My husband’s favorite ulam of the month is Kinamatisang Isda.
He doesn’t specify what kind of fish basta gusto daw nya yung may kamatis. Ewan siguro sa golf course club house nya natikman.
I haven’t cooked this dish before and I never look at recipes kaya hinulaan ko lang based on the kamatis description.
The most important thing is the fish should be fresh and there are lots of tomatoes. Kinamatisan daw kaya hayan eh lagyan ng kamatis.
