Busy busy busy cleaning, doing laundry, most especially before going home.
My last ten days here is serene, mentally relax, a simple life of pure domestication.
I washed all the beddings, ang bigat. Also hard to change the sheets because my left wrist hurts., plus my energy level has diminished. I couldn’t lift the mattresses alone.
Among all the household chores, my least favorite is ironing, then folding the clothes, and putting them back inside the cabinets. The most therapeutic is manually washing the dishes. The water flowing on my hands, the crystal-like fluid that splatters on the sink hypnotizes me. I don’t know why. It just makes me feel I am able to accomplish some task. As simple as that, but it’s something important to do.
