When I was searching for a hotel in Carmel, Oyen highly recommended that we book at L’Auberge Carmel.

We couldn’t get a room st L’Auberge Carmel because they were fully booked on our preferred dates. They also didn’t have a room big enough to accommodate 3 adults. We didn’t want to get two separate rooms kasi we wanted to bond, to be physically close to each other.

We decided to ocular L’Auberge for our future stay in Carmel.
We wanted to see why my daughter wanted us to check in here.
Maybe it was because of the award winning fine-dining restaurant Aubergine situated at the property. Its Executive Chef Justin Cogley is Michelin Starred and a Grand Chef of the most prestigious Relais & Chateaux.
