February 25, 2020, Thursday
My daughter and I moved our schedules earlier in case there would be flight restrictions due to the onset of China’s latest biggest export, the coronavirus.
We intended to leave our house at 6 pm but we were still packing by 6:30 pm. We finally left for the airport at 7:15 pm. It was a national holiday so walang traffic sa EDSA.
The Manila International Airport was a bit empty. (I will now start referring to NAIA as MIA to promote the name Manila).
We were bringing more luggage than usual.
Sometimes they require this departure card. Twice, the immigration officer didn’t collect it.
I think we should do away with this. The information is just a repetition of the data in the passport. Except if they want to get the addresses and email. Ang liliit naman ng print, hindi ko mabasa.
We brought the ordinary surgical mask although I have an N95 in my bag. I couldn’t keep the mask on for more than a few minutes, I couldn’t breathe. Para akong lalong magkakasakit.
Oyen said anywhere I stand, the lighting is bad, not ideal for photo shoots.
Not nice today but 10 years from now I would be astonished at how pretty I was in this photo.
