Memo to Romina Cruz

I interviewed today a job applicant for  the HR Assistant position.  As part of the evaluation process,  I asked her to write a short memo to Romina Cruz (fictitious name) regarding her tardiness.

Here’s what she prepared which took her an hour:

To    :  Ms Romina Cruz

Memo absences

Please be (unform- erased)( informed-erased) unformed that as part of this company, you required to report/ come to office on time, likewise absent without official leave is tantamount to saction.  Habitual late and absentism leads to your performance.

This serves as your verbal warning.
