Edmund first discovered the C restaurant in Pampanga when he attended a dealers’ meeting there last year. One time he told us that he would bring us to that restaurant in Pampanga because their panizza was delicious. Then recently my daughter found out that the chef at Cs restaurant in Pampanga, Chris Locher, opened a new restaurant in Manila, this time it’s called My Kitchen.
My Kitchen opened last December on the ground floor of Oasis Hotel, Paco Park, Manila. Sunday is the best time to go because – less traffic. So here we are, we went today for a late lunch.
