Every individual has a story to tell. Bad day at work, a good day at work, good news, bad news, chismis, feelings, personal views, regrets, thoughts, fears, goals, plans, hopes, dreams. Whatever. Humans need another human audience, to converse with, to share thoughts and emotions, to vent out, or sometimes to share some excitement. And opinions too. We all have our individual opinions on certain things, on just about anything. Opinions matter. They are an expression of our perception of things. Opinions mostly differ. When someone wants to share his / her opinion, being a good communicator means we have to listen. Just listen. There’s no rule that we have to agree on every opinion. You don’t have to agree and you don’t have to engage the person in a debate if and when your opinions differ. Just be present for the moment, physically and mentally. That’s all that matters.

  1. Especially if it’s about religion or politics, just say “we agree to disagree”. Keep safe and God Bless!
