At any age or point in our life, there are times that we feel lost. Sometimes the people around us and the events happening in our midst make us dizzy.
When our mind and body cannot keep up with the pandemonium, we can get lost in the process. We can lose our own selves. We may even lose our own identity and self-worth. The image of what we truly want in our life could become ambiguous. What do we do when this happens? We have to stop, move away, be still for a moment, and make an assessment. What is this? Is this something that I want to happen in my life? No. If someone or something is pulling you towards disconnection to your peaceful world, then move away. Find your own balance. Don’t let people and things confuse you as who you really are and what is important to you.
