The President has arrived and is now at the podium addressing the crowd. His delivery is slower and better unlike when he read his speech in Beijing, he read it so fast and with no emotions. It was bad enough that most of the Chinese business delegates had trouble understanding English. It’s worst that Pnoy read the teleprompter so fast. Today is a lot better.
