From Greenhills, instead of entering our gate I told the driver to swing by the church.
I usually light 4 candles, but today I lit a total of 8.
I light candles as a form of prayers, to signify my gratefulness for the blessings we receive, and for special intentions.
Daming prayer requests. One for Edmund’s good health and long life, one for Nyke’s safety, health, welfare, guidance, and help, one for Oyen, for me, for Derrick, for our livelihood, etc.
The indoor adoration chapel has been closed for a year. They constructed this candle area outside the chapel, beside the main church.
I asked the guard to let me pray inside the main church for a few minutes. I like it better when there’s no mass. It’s so quiet. When there are hundreds of people attending mass, I get distracted.
On my way to the car I found a coin. Did you notice I always find coins lying on the street? It’s as if they are calling me. It’s as if they are making sure I see them. I love coins.
