Reminder: Count your change

Our gas was almost empty so we stopped by Petron along SLEX. I was hungry and it was a good opportunity to grab that morning McDo hash browns. The take out line was very long so I just went inside, but the line was also long. I got stuck there for a good half hour.

I ordered breakfast meals for my companions including hot coffee, and two hash browns for me.

Most of the time I don’t get to count my change kasi I am always distracted, I would just grab the receipts, sukli and drop it in my bag.
Ewan pero when the gay cashier gave me my change, I felt the urge to count them. It was short by one hundred pesos. Buti na lang I discovered it while I was still there otherwise I wouldn’t be able to go back, lugi pa ako sa gasolina.

At the Jollibee in Binangonan, twice it happened that my sukli was kulang by P50. Nung iba pa ang drivers namin, tuwing may ipapabili ako, laging may kulang na limang piso, sampu, beinte pesos ang sukli. Dinedekwat nila. Iniisip nila na hindi ko binibilang. Pati dati yung ibang naging maids namin, ganun din, pagnamalengke, siguro P200 or more ang kupit.

  1. It happened to us at SLEX Filinvest Exit. The cashier shortchanged us for P50. We couldn’t go back since the queue was quite long already. Now, I always count it in front of the cashier kesehodang mag traffic na.
