Friends for Cultural Concerns of the Philippines held its 32nd Anniversary Dinner-Dance dubbed ROYAL BALL on monday November 7, 2011 at the Grand Ballroom of the Makati Shangri-La Hotel.
In keeping with the theme, A-list ladies came in resplendent evening gowns fit for queens and princesses, with crowns, tiaras, and elegant hats and head pieces reminiscent of British Royalty.
Highlight of the event was excerpts from the classic broadway musical The King & I, Camelot, and My Fair Lady, performed by Menchu Lauchengco-Yulo and Michael Williams, two of our country’s esteemed artists.
FCCP provides scholarship grants to deserving performing and visual arts students of the University of the Philippines.
The ball is an annual fund raising project of FCCP.
