We prefer to go to church on Saturdays because Sunday is a lazy day.  My husband told me he wants to just relax on Sundays and not go out.   We did just that last Saturday but pilit na pilit.

My daughter attended a whole day orientation  from 7 am to 5 pm.  She went straight to her bed and fell asleep the minute she hit her mattress.  My son had classes till 5 pm,  then went to pick up his girlfriend Jill.   Edmund and I went ahead.  We were late by 7 minutes.  The 3 arrived when it was already the Holy Communion.

Not many people came tonight, maybe because it’s pouring outside. I spotted my brother -in- law Edgar and family.

We dropped by my mother-in-law’s house for a short while.
I noticed she put on weight. Her face is namimilog.

Her room now looks like an extension of the church.

A month ago while she was in Iloilo, she had aneurysm. She went walking for 45 minutes, which was her routine 3x a week. She went to the staff’s quarters to wake them up. She washed a piece of dress, then decided to take a bath. Then booom! She felt dizzy and different. Luckily, she was able to scream for help.

She was brought to Cardinal Santos Hospital in Greenhills. Her operation went very well. We thought she would wake up disabled but look at her now. Although frail looking, she moves and talks just like before, as if nothing happened.

Praise God.
