(April 30, 2015 Slovakia)
Our walking continued after the unexpectedly fantastic lunch in Bratislava.
Endless bars, cafes, restos. It must be lively here at night.
Every where I go, I try my best to patronize street art by buying a piece or two to show my appreciation of people’s God-given talents.
I also show my appreciation to streeet musicians by dropping a coin or a dollar.
Walking tour derailed!
I totally forgot that I was just supposed to walk by and go straight to our shuttle after I’ve seen this French store selling home and garden decors.
My sister and I went in to browse, but I ended up buying a few things.
I could only get some light and small stuff. It would be difficult to travel with bulky kitchen decors.
The store looked small from the outside but it’s long and full of French home accessories. Sayang, no time and no one to carry the stuff for me. They don’t ship.
The two ladies were busy processing payments of other customers and wrapping their items. No one could help me remove the set of curtains. I didn’t have time to wait.
Sayang, I found the sheer Etoile curtains cute and dainty.
Provence-style home accessories
Our ka-grupo went ahead. My family patiently but anxiously waited till I finish shopping.
We’re leaving Slovakia to head to Vienna, a short hour away.
