This is light and not salty.
Peppered sear salmon and yellow fin tuna sashimi with mizuna salad, smoked cod with micro greens and honey-sesame dressing.
I was more interested with the china, rather than with the food, although the French chef of Shangri-la hotel delighted us with the delicious entrees.
I am telling you, you do not want to have a guest like me who turns the plate upside down to check where your plate is from.
But don’t worry, I will not judge you. I only do this when I am dining in a fancy restaurant or in a special place like this.
Roasted plum tomato soup with prawn lollypop, curry cream and roasted almonds.
After I took one bite of the prawn lollipop, the rest of it dropped, splattering the soup on my face and dress.
May I go out, ang layo ng toilet. I stopped in the middle for fear of violating any protocol.
