Antonia’s master dish is tinola. It’s a dish I will never miss because she cooks tinola three times a week and would gladly increase the frequency upon request but thanks, no thanks.

She doesn’t cook egg as a standard breakfast menu but gladly accepts orders upon request.
There are mornings when I crave for egg and she is quick to ask “mam, sunny side up?”

I don’t really mind if her eggs look terrible kasi guguluhin ko rin naman yung eggs. I’ll crack the yolk anyway so maybe she just spares me the trouble and serves the yolks pre-cracked.
