We recently caught some customers conniving with our technicians and service crew to repair their vehicles behind our backs. They entice our people to visit their homes instead and do the repairs in their garages. They could steal the spare parts from us. Of course, any payment would go to the pockets of the technicians, service advisor/s and whoever they’re in cahouts with.
Worst of all, if something went wrong with the repair, these VERY BAD CUSTOMERS come charging at the company, blaming us for the botched repairs.
See how crooked their minds are? They want to save some money by stealing parts from us, stealing our people, then if they’re not happy with the unauthorized and clandestine repair, they want us to return the money they paid to our people behind our backs. They also want the company’s unconditional guarantee over the repair of their vehicles.
I am sure that other legitimate service centers have also experienced this kind of situation.
We operate and run our companies legitimately. We are not fly-by-night. We are honest in our dealings with the customers and our employees. We do not cheat customers.
We all want to save some money.
But the word SAVING doesn’t mean CHEATING, STEALING, CONNIVING.
Hello! I would just like to express my gratitude for the first class info contained in this post.
Corruption in the private sector is as worse as in the government. We always call officials corrupt but we do things that are as bad.
