Visit to the mini farm

May 13, 2019

After I exercised my right to vote, we headed south. We stopped near Southwoods to cut some branches from this bushes. My husband said he likes this plant and has been wanting to get some sticks to plant in our mini farm. No, he’s not peeing. He’s stealing some branches.

Tagaytay streets transform into a mini EDSA during long-weekends and holidays.

My husband wants to remove these yellow flowers from this walkway because they are unruly daw. Me naman, I like the disorganized look. I like the “organic” look and not the well-manicured kind of landscaping. Gusto ko yung parang hindi itinanim duon, yung para bang bulaklak na ligaw na tumubo lang.

I haven’t been here for almost two months. We lost around 70+ chickens. the turkeys, and four ducklings. They died due to a virus. Kainis nga. Buti na lang the duck couple survived and continued making babies. Here they come….

The baby ducklings were egg yolk yellow. As they grow older their feathers become much lighter.

Daisy doesn’t seem to like Harry. How can we make them fall in love? How do we make them have sex? Next year I hope she gets pregnant and have a baby.

It’s a different kind of happiness watching our chickens walking around, or just siting stoned. I wonder what they are thinking about?

We left Tagaytay at past 5 pm. We reached Max Restaurant in Tiendesitas at 8 pm.
