This is my favorite 2x a month few minutes stress-buster activity.
Every other week, I go to watch stores, looking at their displays. I don’t go to the same store consecutively kasi kilala na ako na mahilig tumingin.
I rotate the stores para hindi halata. I go to Shangrila Mall the new one, then after two weeks I go naman to the stores in Greenbelt, then after two weeks, to the stores naman in other malls, then after two weeks back to Shangrila Mall the old one, then the cycle continues. Lahat yata ng display of a particular brand naisukat ko na.
Yesterday I was there again, in Shangrila Mall, the old one, pa simple-simple muna. I had soup and potato chips in Cibo which is right infront of the store.
Tapos after eating, I went inside the store na. Usually ang drama ko eh “Titingin lang ako”.
A———“Hi, ay nabili na yung ano, wala na sa display.”
Sales——“Hindi mam, narito po, naka tago lang.”
A———-“Pwedeng patingin?” Pwedeng isukat?
Sales——“Mam mahaba yung strap, hindi pwedeng i clip”.
(One must purchase it first before they will adjust the strap.)
A———-“Sige, balik na lang uli ako, baka maka tama sa lotto. Hi hi hi.”
The sales staff naman was very tolerant of me.
One time I was in Greenbelt. I was so kapal talaga. I saw a gleaming rose gold watch.
A———“Miss, may I see that gold one?
Wow, nice, it’s so flashy.
How much is that?
When the store manager said the price, namutla ako.
A———“Can you return this please, baka mabagsak ko.
May I see that one instead? That’s stainless?”
A———“No mam, it’s white gold.
How much is that?
It’s more expensive pala”
Can you return this please? Eh yan, yan, mas mura ba yan? I want something I can wear every day”.
Store Manager——-“Mam, this one just arrived yesterday.”
(When you heard those kind of sentences like “this one is a new arrival”, alam mo ng mahal).
A———–“May I see that? Stainless? How much is this?”
Naku mahal pa rin.
Pababa ng pababa at pa mura ng pamura yung tinatanong ko, obvious na wah pers.
Susunod, miss magkano yung strap, strap na lang, ang mahal nung relo.
Sukat-sukat tapos go home na. Happy na ako.
Life is not just about being able to buy whatever you want. It’s also kilig to wish for something. To dream of something. As long as you don’t get affected if you can’t have it. Okay lang yun, it’s not important naman.
Pero cute talaga yung nakita ko yesterday.
Buy it na mam Annie! 🙂
hahahaha.
