My past few days were extremely stressful.     I was running around like crazy.  My meetings were one minute after the other and in different locations.  I was tuliro .   When I was in my 30s I could manage with a hectic schedule but now,  I get exhausted easily.

There was a foreigner client who came yesterday with his assistant.  They were complaining about Jojo our service manager.  They elevated the matter to me because they developed a distrust over Jojo.

But based on the facts that were presented to me,  Jojo was only doing his job.  If there was mistake on his part,  it was maybe his manner of communicating the information to the client.  But much of the delay in fixing his vehicle was beyond Jojo’s control.    What makes the client angry is that they are spending P80,000 a month to rent a Toyota Camry and since the foreigner is about 6’3 or 6’4 tall,  he needs a bigger SUV like his Mazda CX9 which is  still under repair.   Jojo had been trying to find a loaner vehicle but there was none as of yesterday evening.

The client even threatened me that it was very easy for him to call Secretary Greg Domingo of the Department of Trade and Industry.   I do not appreciate people threatening me.    He could call  President Obama,  we haven’t done anything wrong.

His car has a damaged part,  we requested for Mazda to honor the warranty,  approval is delayed because Mazda is still investigating how that part was damaged.  In the meantime, the client is furious because of the delay.  They issued us a P.O. for half of the cost of the part so that we could order it.  But who’s paying for the other half if Mazda denies the warranty claim?

This is one work related stress.

I am not able to update my posts because there are  urgent matters to attend to.  No time and no energy.
