I woke up in the middle night and went to my bathroom. I saw husband’s golf bag and pants ready. Ang hilig talaga nyang mag-golf. He would wake=up while the sun is still sleeping, take a shower then drive fast to reach the golf course while the birds are still half asleep.

Edmund was gone when I woke up at 7:30 am on December 24. He played golf somewhere.

The agency brought a new labandera. It’s been 3 weeks since badaf and badoosh left and it was only now that they’ve brought a replacement. Her name is Mary, 40, and she assured me that her forte is really laba and plantsa. It’s been a few days and so far she’s focused on her job.

I distributed some goodies in Binangonan. I knew traffic wouldn’t be so bad kaya instead of sending just the driver, sumama ako with the intention that I would drop by the church and also bring flowers to Kuya Ben.

I left our house at past 12 noon kasi I waited pa for the new labandera.

I saw this women gathering wood from wild kakawate. Pang-gatong daw. I gave them P20 each, yung bagung-bagong bill. Pasko naman ngayon.

I was able to make a nice bouquet of Ecuadorian roses from our wedding anniversary flowers. The balot and the leaves came from a roses bouquet given to my daughter by a male suitor or friend the night before. I saw them on the kitchen counter, perfect! May ribbon pa.

I was in a hurry when I left the house. I didn’t realize I was only wearing rubber tsinelas. Eh pag-balik namin ng Maynila, naalala ko, I still have to buy one more gift for my son, dapat kasi equal in number and value, para walang selosan and tampuhan.

I ran to Shangri-la mall, naka tsinelas lang ako, pink with design, hindi terno sa red blouse ko and my brown bag. Galing pa ako sa pritil, maputik.
Bisperas ng pasko, ang daming nagla-last minute shopping.

I was lucky, I found a gift for my son within 5 minutes after I entered the store. Natagalan lang kasi their credit card receipt printer jammed. I also had the box gift wrapped there at their store. And they asked for an ID, wala akong maipakita.

Yehey, kumpleto na ang gifts ko.

If I win this Benz, I would sell it. I have to. Ang mahal ng tax nyan ano? Tila 30%.
Sec. Teves recently hit a hole in one and won a Chevrolet. I think he’s also trying to sell it kasi tila P700,000 ang tax!

I had to rush home, wala pa kaming noche buena. I wasn’t able to order from any restaurant. I didn’t have enough ingredients at home to whip up something. It’s 5 pm, bahala na nga.
