We could only stay for several hours in the upscale coastal city of Santa Barbara because it would still be a long drive to our next destination. So far we were blessed that my dear husband was not yet complaining of backaches.

Santa Barbara is indeed a nice place but since we’re not beach people, coming back here to enjoy the beach would be far from our priority list.
