Last night we all agreed that we would take the 10 am mass today. Since we were all puyat, waking up at 9 am proved to be impossible. Instead, we went to the 12 noon mass today at the Christ the King Parish. Even that, we were still a few minutes late.
After the mass, there were about 30 people who lined up to kiss the baby Jesus held by the priest. The sight reminded me of my childhood in Binangonan. I did that also after every Christmas Mass at the St. Ursula Parish. I would run to the front so I would be first in line to kiss the baby Jesus in a manger.

There’s a big Belen at the CTK altar. This’ the perfect backdrop for our Christmas family photo.

Merry Christmas dear everyone. May your days be holy and bright.
And may all your Christmases be white.
