The day before Edmund flew back to Manila, we went to Concord. From the corner of Future Ford, we drove up Concord Avenue to explore. Edmund has spotted what looked like a golf course kaya sinusog namin ang daan yun pala it’s the Contra Costa golf course.
The Contra Costa County Club is in nearby Pleasant Hill. It’s a private club and one of Northern California’s most acclaimed golf courses. I was impressed by how well-manicured and beautiful their golf course is.
It’s 145 acre spread is full of eucalyptus, redwoods and oak trees. Iit has views of Mt. Diablo and the city.
We wanted to have a drink at their cafe pero bawal kasi exclusively for members only, and we’re not properly dressed.
Parang ang sarap magpa-gulung-gulong dito sa grass.
