Cooking Canneloni for Oyen

I will cook Canneloni for Oyen without a recipe guide.  This is my first time and as usual I will just wing it.   I don’t  follow any set of rules when I am cooking, basta whatever ingredients that comes to mind and I have available, talbog lang ng talbog.

I will use one whole pack of Boursin and two kinds of mushrooms for the filling.    You can use any kind of filling you like.

Minced fresh garlic, white onions, and sliced button mushrooms
A bowl of oats topped with nuts and a small cup of jelly on the side.

I can make my own rolled pasta but it’s faster to buy ready-made canneloni.

Masarap daw. Oyen asked me how much I spent in all for the ingredients, naku tila 2,000 pesos. Hindi ako pwedeng mag take ng order, masyadong mahal, walang bibili.
