One would think that the layout of the Eiffel Tower Restaurant in Vegas is peculiar. As soon as the elevator opens, you find yourself in their kitchen.
It’s clean and super busy but not impressive though. One would expect a sweeping view of the Strip as you stepped in but no, you see a kitchen.

The idea (or excuse) given is that they want diners to see how dedicated they are in serving great food. Yeah, but still, I’d rather see a surprising view as the elevator door opens. Finding myself in the restaurant’s back door so to speak is also a surprise indeed.

Showing off their kitchen to the public is a brave daily undertaking. They must really be confident in their staff that they will maintain the highest quality of cleanliness and organization in their workplace every day and night.
