Hmm maybe.
Last week, our accounting staff were looking for something that smelled so bad daw. They said it could be a dead rat. We had pest control just a few days ago. So for 2 days they were looking for that dead rat. In the ceiling, under their tables, behind the computers, cabinets, etc. and they didn’t find it. Just before I arrived this morning, they found the rat tagged RIP. Where? In my room, in my office. And read this, behind my photo frame. What does that tell you?
Ang picture ko ay hindi panakot sa daga. Because the rat wasn’t scared of my photo. Siguro pretty ako. But then again, that particular photo was taken 15 years ago. I would still observe if there would be more rats that would hide and eventually die behind my picture. Or baka naman kaya namatay sa takot? Naku, wag naman sana. I am going to feel sad. That would be a painful truth to accept.
