Juju started as a fresh juice delivery. It’s owned by husband and wife team Kat and David Azanza. Kat is the daughter of Eckard and Perla Rempe, the founders of The Farm at San Benito in Lipa City, Batangas.
With the growing success of Juju Cleanse, Kat and David expanded their health food niche by opening a salad joint in Pasong Tamo Avenue called Juju Eats.
My daughter is a regular customer of both their juices and salads.
To break our routine, Oyen and I trouped to Juju Eats last tuesday for a late lunch.
According to Oyen you can’t get a table here if you come around noon. The line is so long it crisscrosses around the dining tables.
Thai Beef Salad for Oyen, regular size
Crispy Cat Fish Salad with additional cat fish for me, half-size
With salad this good, I wouldn’t mind eating veggies frequently. My only stumbling block is my gums hurt while chewing all those crunchy veggies.
Feeling ko, malalagas ang mga ipin ko.
Now I know why mom (+) had to juice her carrots. Matigas daw.
