My nephew Patrick and wife Jen live within 10 minutes drive from where we are staying at. They’ve recently upgraded to a much bigger house in preparation for their growing family. They are going to sell their current house and invest in two houses somewhere in the midwest where prices of homes are much lower than in here.
They are expecting a baby girl in November. 
Payrick and Oyen belong to the same generation having been born in the same year, only 2 and a half months apart. His brother Justin is a year younger than Oyen.
They brought a lot of food eh apat lang sila kakain.
