It’s raining outside but our umbrella is inside.

My daughter and I found this huge umbrella in Manan, a boutique that sells simple but unique dresses, table covers, comforters and other home and fashion accessories.

They had other  colors such as  red and  orange but we went for our favorite blue ’cause we thought this would match our house’s color palette better.

We got a 30% discount because there were a few tiny alikabok stains.

The umbrella is supposed to be for outdoor veranda or garden,  but it’s too nice to be out in the sun and under the rain.  It now adorns our sala.  Medyo weird decorating concept.

I painted this old clay pot and the rocks with waterbased paint. My husband placed rocks to keep it steady and prevent the umbrella from toppling- over.

Their shopping bags are made of handpainted cotton.

Very first dress I bought from them, about 4 years ago. It’s made of linen.

It has ornate accents. I have worn this dress a couple of times.

This simple dress is made of gauze material.  It’s so light and transparent that’s why I wear kamison underneath.  People think I am pregnant when I am  wearing  this.

This is actually worn with a pajama or pants. But since I am short, the length is just right for me as a dress.

The metal accents are heavy. The material is manipis also.

Don’t believe it. I am a size 6 in America.

Manan is located in Khan Market, New Delhi, India
