Metrowalk

I like the steaming hot Seafood Arroz Caldo at the Sanctuario in Metrowalk.   They have removed it from their menu but the cook was more than willing to make one for me.  I was surprised they had ingredients ready.

I am a lugaw girl. I love it when it’s steaming hot.
This one had tuyo, mussels, garlic, etc.

Best Restaurant 2006. How about in recent years? Did you deteriorate?

I bought some pate. This one’s very buttery. I hardly tasted the garlic.

I liked this better. I finished this whole thing in one sitting.

Metrowalk is a gimmick place. On weekends, this place gets full at night because there are so many bars and restaurants. One can find so many things to shop on the second floor.

Metrowalk is along Meralco Avenue, adjacent to Home Depot. When you get stopped at this corner, be sure you have P5 to give to the vendors. They look sad when you give P1 only and please 25 centavos is a NO NO NO, they will frown at you.

I gave five bucks. I couldn’t tell if that was a smile or a smirk.

I saw her telling her companion that I gave P5. Oh run Annie run.
