Mother’s Day Flowers

My dear husband gave me a vase of one dozen giant red roses for Mother’s Day. They were perfectly beautiful.

My daughter also gave me one vase of lovely pink flowers (one one vase of blue and yellow flowers intended for my birthday).

I hope she means it.  I know she’ll be a hundred times better than me. Her baby is lucky that God picked my daughter to be his mom.

I am grateful that God gave me the honor and privilege to be a mother two times over.  Sometimes when I am feeling low, I give myself a 75% passing grade.  I could have done better.

I am no longer the only mother here.  My baby is going to be a mother soon. She gets a vase of beautiful Happy Mother’s Day flowers from her dad.
