Congratulations to Philcoman (Philippine Council of Management) for the success of the 38th National Management Congress which was held last friday, November 25 at the Grand Ballroom of the Marriot Hotel.
It was a whole day event but I was really busy so I showed up for lunch 1 pm and left at exactly 3 pm. My schedule was really tight because I had another meeting at 4 pm but I wanted to show my support to Philcoman who’s officers are colleagues of mine.
Philcoman was founded in 1954, certainly not by me.
Former Sen. Heherson Alvarez was one of the speakers. He sat beside me during lunch. We talked about his advocacy–Climate Change.
He only ate the Salmon appetizer and just had cofee.
(Left to Right) Prof. Noli Santos, Hon. Heherson Alvarez, Benjamin Sy Santos and Godofredo Senires III.
Mikee Romero talked about the state of Philippine Sports. Mikee is currently the President of the Philippine National Shooting Association.
(L-R) Ped Salvador, Ben Santos, Sen. Alvarez, yours truly, Prof. Noli Santos and Godofredo Senires III.
Conference fee was P2,000 per person. A pretty good deal because Marriot’s food was good.
Steak and Lobster, perfect combination and bad cholesterol booster.
Kinain ko rin naman.
Irresistible Cheesecake with raspberry sauce. I couldn’t resist it, I forgot I have sugar overload.
Mr. Francis Chua, President of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) was awarded MANAGEMENT MAN OF THE YEAR 2011 by Philcoman. The awarding was done after I have left.
Congratulations to Amb. Francis Chua and to Philcoman.
