Julienne and I had late lunch in Rockwell. I wanted hot soup so we opted for Vietnamese noodles. We ate at Phoa 24. After eating and paying P450+, we left with something in our stomachs but still craving for food. Why?
The seafood noodle needs taste improvement.
The fresh shrimp spring roll ingredients did not taste fresh, baka na tyempuhan ko lang. I also did not notice the shrimp.
This one tasted okay.
I asked the waiter if there are a lot of people eating there. He said yes especially during lunch time. I asked what they usually order, I forgot what his answer was.
Their service was good though. The waiters were attentive and efficient.
We ate there once, WE put lots of soy sauce. You are right, they need to improve the taste.
