The walk from the main building to where our bus was parked was tricky. It’s difficult to walk on the uneven cobbled stones, buti na lang my shoes were flat.

He picked up some positive vibrations that we’re somewhat interested so he followed us up to the bus. We were slow in deciding, mga tanungan pa muna.
When Julienne left her seat and went to the bus’ door to check out the vendor’s baligya (wares), the others followed suit. Shopping frenzy began.

Mica bought one dozen of Eiffel tower key chains.
Mica—– “Okay na ba ito, one Euro?”
Omb—— “Naku wag mo ng isipin, ang mura-mura lang nyan”.

The vendors sold a lot of Eiffel tower key chains, manyet (magnet) and Paris scarves.
Their persistence paid off.
