Hyundai Asia Resources’ President Fe Perez-Agudo and I had a 2-hour tete-a-tete last Tuesday, November 22 at Terry’s in Pasong Tamo Extension.
The restaurant is in the inner building but not being visible from the main road does not make this restaurant less popular. It’s frequented by top executives. They have a branch on the lower ground floor of PODIUM.
Fe and I’s meeting was set at 5 pm but I managed to avoid the afternoon traffic and arrived at 4:45 pm. I was at Cardinal Santos the whole day and was worried actually that I could be late to my meeting. Other than the slow-down near the burning SUV at EDSA, traffic was manageable, plus the fact that I allotted 45 minutes to get to Terry’s.
Sitting in the car and not driving, makes me observant of my surroundings. I look up and around…. ang pangit rin dito.
Pasong Tamo is not exempted from the seemingly calloused way utilities providers install their cables.
Entrance to Terry’s greeted me with this big Xmas poster.
Hundreds of Xmas gift baskets are lined up and more are being wrapped. A multi national company ordered daw hundreds.
In case you would be one of the lucky receipients, this is what’s inside the gift basket, it’s P1,100 – P1,200 worth.
I simply love Terry’s wall fountain decor from Spain
The ground floor is occupied by their gourmet deli and mini grocery.
The restaurant is on the second floor. If my counting is right, this is my 4th time here.
I arrived at 4:45 and Fe arrived at around 5:20 so I had a little bit of time to relax and also to make usyoso.
Whole Jamon Serrano, imported from Spain. According to the waiter, this could last for several months without any need for refrigeration.
Tila P50,000 yata isang buo nito.
Love the Serrano ham
It’s really good.
