Excellent service on our flight from Dubai to Venice. The crew was attentive and friendly, always checking if we needed anything. There was plenty of food — well-prepared and served with a smile. We were really well taken care of throughout the flight.
It was a smooth and pleasant flight on a brand-new Emirates plane. Everything looked and felt fresh — the cabin was spotless, the seats were comfortable, and the entertainment system was functioning well. Takeoff and landing were both smooth, and the entire flight was peaceful from start to finish.
I felt grateful for such a comfortable journey although I didn’t get several hours of sleep.
After all the hours of travel, it was nice to finally relax and look forward to our arrival in beautiful Venice.
