We went to the Cainta church looking for Monsignor Arnel Lagarejos but he wasn’t there. We just left the 3 Ford Cainta souvenirs and an envelope containing a little donation for the church. Monsignor was the one who blessed Ford Cainta and since I was occupied during the party, I didn’t notice him leaving. We were not able to give him the souvenirs.
The church was closed. Some guys were decorating a giant Christmas tree.
When I got home, I told Edmund bakit ngayon parang opisina ang simbahan, nagsasara. Eh paano kung merong gustong magdasal?
Edmund said “eh kasi nung araw konti pa lang ang magnanakaw”.
Sobrang magmura itong batang babae na nakaupo. Nakaka-lungkot.
