You've got to win

When we visited Auntie Flor at my mother-in-law’s house,  Edmund’s sister Dra. Wilma and her husband Dr. Roald Galope were there too.  They are in Cavite on weekdays where they hold medical clinics.

Roald said he’s depressed, and has been for years.  He has trouble sleeping at night.

We all gave him unsolicited advices.  Read ohmybuhay,  watch dvd, cable, adopt a baby, mag-internet ka.  Or just sleep in the morning.

I want to share with those who are feeling depressed my anting-anting.

I have this in my cabinet.  I copied this from somewhere. I read this when I have problems, just to remind myself to be strong.
