I just had flu three weeks ago. I thought I was feeling stronger and went about my schedules but then I woke up on Thursday morning with a runny nose.
I went to the doctor on Monday and was told I caught the virus again. Kakainis naman. Init – lamig, kasi. And one of our drivers also had trangkaso, nahawa siguro ako. My body resistance is really weak. I also went to many places, maalikabok, mainit. The doctor advised me to take multivitamins and load up on fluids. And exercise too even light exercises. My interpretation of light exercise is going to the mall, walking and shopping. I actually feel lazy doing that. I’d rather go home and rest than go to the mall.
I have no motivation to shop for clothes because of my misaligned body configuration. When you see me at the mall, sigurado I came from the watch store, galleries or home stores to make usyoso lang. Oh I will go to Greenhills tomorrow. I will buy Lotto ticket.

I did some ultra light exercise inside my bathroom just before I took a shower this morning, just bending a little and stretching my arms and legs.

I had my glucose tested and to my surprise it was within normal— like 97 yata. I was so afraid my sugar has hit the roof because of forever love for ice cream and halohalo.
Even with normal sugar lever, I should still watch the amount of sugar I take. It could spike. Edmund has cut down on his sugar intake. In fact for one month he didn’t drink a single can of Coca Cola. Sarap daw kasi uminom pagka tapos mag-golf.
