CoRal DIET

The beauty of living in the US of A is there is no Cherry to prepare breakfast so husband and wife go bonding doing some simple but enjoyable chores. Enjoyable because we only do this when on vacation in the US, and not regularly.

One of the things that Edmund and I enjoy doing is going to Costco. We inspect the merchandises from hallway to hallway, shelves to shelves as if we’re strolling in the park or as if we are employed there as supervisors.

Our breakfast today is a CoRal diet. The steak is from Costo, the veggies and all other ingredients are from Raley’s.

Asaparagus spears are fat and fresh. Instead of half-steaming them, I sliced them into small pieces and put them in the mushroom soup. Very yummy and healthy too. Asparagus contain metathione, the whitening wonder kuno, pag ka hindi pa kami pumuti ni Edmund sa dami nito ewan ko na lang.

Put some freshly cut roses from the garden and you have a romantic table. I said table, not husband.
