Did you remember that I endured 5 Saturdays of culinary exercises in Enderun? I learned how to bake some kind of pastry, cookie or cake. My God, I can’t even remember what it was. Anyway, ang alam ko kaya I couldn’t do it at home is because I am missing some gadgets which I couldn’t find in Manila, or too expensive to buy in Manila. One of those is the rolling mat that’s made only in France. I found it here. In Williams Sonoma. Yehey, pag-uwi ko I am going to bake something.
I also found a tiny gadget for cutting raviolis. I don’t need to do the edges, meron na itong korte.
I bought parchment paper and several baking trays, reding-ready na, parang tutoo, mag be-bake na ako!
