On our way to Sampaloc, driver made a wrong turn going to Dapitan because it was one way going towards UST (University of Santo Tomas). Luckily for me, when we turned around Laon-laan, we landed in Dangwa.
“Stop, bababa ako, tumabi ka dyan”.

Flowers are ever so lovely. God knew exactly what he was doing when he created them— to turn a girl’s gloomy day to a happy one!!!

Anthurium, they stay fresh for 2 weeks.

Dangwa- oh my buhay

Annie Ignorante “Miss, magkano yang maliliit na roses?”
Tindera: “Carnation YAN!”
Annie Ignorante “Ay, para kasing tiny roses”. (pahiya ako)

Baby pink carnations look like tiny roses.
Carnation - oh my buhay

This young boy offered to carry my flowers. He’s so adorable na ka spikes pa yung hair. He’s 10 years old and goes to school during daytime. He said he’s trying to save money so he could buy shoes. I promised to go back and bring him a pair. Naku, I have to keep my promise. I forgot his name and I also didn’t get his size.

Little Boy - oh my buhay

I had no plans to buy flowers today but I saw the beautiful and happy looking sunflowers. They come in different sizes. The biggest sells for P50 a stem. The medium is P40, then P30, P20. I bought the P20 a stem. They’re so lovely. I hope these sunflowers remain fresh for at least a week. I paid P240 for a dozen and I also mixed it wih a dozen of yellow roses P150.

It would be helpful if you can point me this exact stall to get the sunflowers. I cannot speak tagalog so I try to minimize talking go direct to this shop if you can help to point. Thank you.

    1. I don’t remember the exact stall. These are the flower shops along Aguinaldo Hway in Tagaytay. Sunflowers are seasonal. I am not sure if they are available during the rainy and cold months.
