On Sunday, April 17 at around 11:30 am , my daughter saw the face of a man wearing violet top, no arms and lower body while she was playing with Lucy, our Dalmatian dog. She said it disappeared in split second. She thought maybe it’s a figment of her imagination or she could be going crazy.
