Tilapie, did you miss me?

My Ipad needs a full bat in case I get stuck in the traffic.

Oh my, I miss Fway 680 & 4
Traffic at EDSA

My small bottle of emergency food, from my PAL flight breakfast.

Edmund didn’t notice his gas was empty.  EDSA traffic was heavy as usual and I got so worried we would stall in the middle of chaos.   He said it was useless worrying because we were already there. The warning lights were on including a check something-something.  I couldn’t imagine I would sit inside the hot vehicle while waiting for help, or walk and squeeze between buses and cars to get to the next gas station.    Luckily, we reached Petron.   I heaved a sigh of relief and I said “yehey, we’re here”.  Edmund said “I told you.  Ikaw masyado kang nerbyosa”.

Is that Kobe Bryant? Is he coming to Manila again?

My view every single weekday— puwit ng bus.

017

I was happy to see that Megamall provided for a bus stop under their building’s extension. Pero nagulat ako when the extension pala was really for Convergys’ call center. Pampa traffic na naman yan with all their thousands of employees. I wish call centers are located off the main highway, Most especially EDSA. Ang sikip dito, buildings don’t even allow sidewalks for pedestrians to walk safely and comfortably.
014

There are more than 4,200+++ buses plying along EDSA from Monumento to Baclaran. According to MMDA, over 3,000 are illegal or colorum.

The buses in front of Robinsons Galleria are the ones causing traffic that extends all the way to Pasong Tamo. Notice that after Galleria, traffic starts to flow faster.

The traffic officers standing near ADB and up to the corner of Ortigas Avenue couldn’t do anything.

Spending two hours in the traffic is a total waste of time, money, and effort.
Causes tremendous S T R E S S, noise and air pollution, too.
