We headed to Greenhills to eat lugaw.  There are regular joggers every morning and aerobics classes in the parking lots  so we thought we have a better chance of finding a Chinese restaurant serving early breakfast.

There was a platoon of police officers that whizzed by. There were several police mobile escorts that stopped the traffic. The smog prevented my lens from taking a clear shot.

Ling Nam is memorable to Edmund. His father who was a migrant Chinese used to eat lugaw at Ling Nam’s original place in Ongpin.

The hot steaming tea brought back Edmund’s childhood memories. Nuong araw ang baso ay ang kapal, kahit ibato mo hindi agad-agad nababasag.

Mine’s Fish and Bola Lugaw. Kulang sa lasa. I put sangkatutak na toyo at kalamansi, kulang pa rin.

After eating siomai and hakaw, Oyen ordered Beef Hofan. This is their redeeming dish. It smelled so good and tasted a lot better than the lugaw and pork siomai.
