We discovered a Chinese restaurant called Harbor Palace Seafood Restaurant in Chinatown that ticks all the boxes:

4. They have a separate room good for 100 people for private events. I am thinking of booking this for the Tan Family welcome dinner in May.

6. Extensive menu choices. They have lobster, crabs, lamb, peking duck, white chicken with scallions and ginger sauce, etc.

We love their seafood soup with tofu, it tastes like hototay.

The roast duck is not fatty. The skin is thin and crispy.
