I couldn’t access some websites from our computers at home. And sobrang nakakainis because that included Oh my buhay. That’s why I wasn’t able to blog over the weekend. Sobrang nakaka inis.

Someone who’s very knowledgeable about new technology came all the way from Novaliches to our house to help fix it but the problem is not in our computers, not my blog site, but PLDT’s broadband connection. We’ve spent hours waiting for a real human to answer their customer service hotline, hellowwwww, pls wake up, someone’s calling. I need help.

Oh thank you, no one ever answered.

We’ve upgraded our plan a few months ago and are spending more money each month.

And you give me THIS kind of service?

I can’t describe how frustrating this is.
